Returns and Refunds
Applicable to Domestic Transactions Only (Purchases within India)
We offer a 100% refund if you do not like the product purchased from our website. Please refer to the details, process and conditions below.
After receiving any product, ordered from our website, in the under-mentioned circumstances, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- If you do not like the product
- If you want to exchange it with another product
- If the garment doesn’t fit you well

We would in such cases arrange for the pick up of the product.
If you would like the garment to be altered, please send a small note stating alteration requirements and correct measurements. We shall make the changes and send the garment back to you at our cost.
If you would like to exchange the product with another product from our store, please do mention that. We shall send the alternate product at our cost to you. Please note that we will exchange the product only once. For any subsequent exchange, we will charge a nominal cost of Rs 150 per garment to cover the shipping costs. A product taken against an exchange cannot be returned.
If you want a Credit / Discount Voucher, we shall send a Credit / Discount Voucher to you which you can use to shop on our store. The Credit / Discount value shall be equal to the value of the product you have returned
If you do not want any alternate product in exchange and want to the return the product, we shall give you a full refund of the money paid by you. Please give us one week after we receive the product back to process the refund.
To avail any of the above options, the product should be unused and intact with all the tags and labels. We would do a Quality Check upon return to verify the same.
We do not accept and returns or exchanges of altered garments.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we shall provide a refund. We shall process the refund after due inspection of the returned product, and being satisfied of the manufacturing defect. The refund shall be given in the same mode as the payment mode.
Products categorized under Special Offers like "Buy 2 Get 1 Free", "Women's Day Special", "Mothers' Day", "Clearance", "Holi Special" etc will neither be refundable nor exchangeable.
We do not accept any requests for returns or refunds for International Transactions (Products despatched outside India)
