Make your website/return service more customer friendly. I bought this dress and it didn't suit me, the color was different from what it was showing in the picture. I wanted to return it, i would have bought another piece, but the way i struggled to go on the return page due to your poor service, has left me with very unpleasant experience. I couldn't return, and its just stuck with me, despite the fact i didn't like it. Being and online brand, please work with transparency, its very crucial for success.
